The Career Advancement Program, a partnership between MedStar USA and MedStar Philippines, is a scholarship initiative designed to help Filipinos gain access to quality training and global career opportunities in the healthcare support industry.

Through this initiative, both organizations aim to empower individuals to build meaningful careers while contributing to a stronger, globally competitive Filipino workforce.
Scholarship Opportunity
This program will select 20–25 scholars who will receive financial assistance, reducing the program fee from ₱26,780 to only ₱10,000. The remaining cost is subsidized by MedStar USA, reflecting its commitment to supporting Filipino professionals and investing in their future careers.
Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for the program, applicants must meet the following:
- Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
- Must be a graduate of any Allied or Non-Allied Healthcare course
- Essay answering: “Why should you become a MedStar Scholar?”
- Diploma and other relevant certifications (if available)
