Introduction of the client and the MVA.
I work in a dental practice. I love setting up appointments for our patients and managing, designing, and promoting the social media platforms of my doctor. I take calls from our patients and book their appointment. I always make sure that whenever I say “Goodbye, have a nice day!” to every call, I can leave smiles on their faces through the good quality customer service that I give.
– Alyssa Marie Franco, Appointment Setter, Social Media Manager
My name is Ericah, and I am currently a Virtual Consultant Assistant in a dental office. As a VA in a dental office, I assist the office in answering calls, scheduling patients, helping with the doctor’s notes, and verifying their insurance benefits. I also efficiently organize the office’s daily schedule by confirming patients’ appointments to maintain a full and productive schedule. Working as a VA in a dental office helped me gain new knowledge, which made me participate in patient care which is truly an incredible experience. With my doctor’s and the team’s help, I developed new skills and was able to apply them for career achievement. It is an excellent opportunity to work as a VA in healthcare service, and I am greatly honored to be part of every patient’s care here in MedStar.
– Ericah Aldeguer, Front Office Treatment Coordinator
I am happy to help with daily operations in the clinic by doing inbound and outgoing calls, helping patients schedule appointments, sending refill requests to doctors, etc. I also manage to communicate well with the patients and relayed accurate messages from doctors, patients, and colleagues. I love working here at MedStar because I learned to be more reliable and responsible even without supervision.
– Ela Catherine Tangalin, Front Office Scheduler
“MedStar has done a tremendous job in finding a virtual assistant for me. I started a new dental business in the US and needed help with answering phone calls. Their attention to detail and ability to find and select the right candidates for the job is astounding. Without MedStar, my business would not survive! Thank you so much!”
“MedStar Virtual Assistant services help me run the practice like having another employee onsite. I save money on payroll. My onsite office assistant and I focus much better on face-to-face patient care, while the VA is tasked with administrative work. I am satisfied with their service! Thank you, MedStar!”
“MedStar helped us find a virtual assistant, Ericah, who helps us with everyday tasks like answering calls, verifying insurance, and even billing. Our company would not have experienced growth if it was not for Ericah. She is very reliable and very eager to learn. She started with no dental background, and she is now our main insurance coordinator. MedStar helps with training and calibration. MedStar is an amazing company, and we are very happy to work with them.”
